Hello Jerry. My name is Patrick. I'm relatively new to the IT department. Recently, we've had a mix up with Adobe. For some reason, we cannot add people to our users list. We have a ticket in to Adobe to look into the problem, and I am going to call them today to see where everything stands. This means that any Adobe that is issued by the school will not work for students who were not added to the list previously.
