My favorite shot is the yellow stripe down the middle of the frame and the third one down. Notice how it's quite blue though… If we edit out the blue in Photoshop it'll make the asphalt return to black and will make the yellow really pop. I'll demonstrate that in a quick video and posted on the blog here. I liked how you are framing things outlining your camera back parallel with the surface or photographing sometimes just a plain texture like in the first one and the fifth one can be a bit boring. I like the proportions of the cinderblocks on the bottom one… But it too is lacking punch mostly from a lack of light. Imagine if a ray of sunlight was cutting across that an interesting way? Keep going!
