Great place to photograph Ashley… One of the main points of this assignment was to push you and close Ed to see shapes in a more abstract manner… You see how the bottom two are more overall shots of the place? The conical mirrorlike object would present a perfect place to do some interesting abstract pictures and find some geometries in the reflections. It looks like you pinched to zoom in on that bottom one too... With a digital phone cam what results is a lower resolution and a fuzzy picture. The only good way to zoom in on anything is to use an optical system with a real telephoto lens.
My favorite ones are numbers three and five… With these you did fill the frame and you are considering geometry and composition as well as thinking about shapes in a more abstract sentence rather than a literal one. Working at the hospital will provide many opportunities for you to take pictures during this class. Keep going!
