I appreciate your strong attention to composition. Working with the mirror like this is quite interesting. I love how you're moving in very close. Notice how the flash coming from the camera on the bottom to really flatten out the image and don't allow it to be beautiful and expressive. This assignment is all about beautiful light and directional light coming from a window. But pulling off Windows 8 and using the mirror became too hard to both get on the same shot.
In the second one down, the artificial light is at least better than the light straight from the camera. But it does cause the highlights to be bright and on the upper side of the face and cast shadows into the eyes. Photography first and foremost is about seeing light and using light expressively. All in all a nice series.
